Focus on fractional ownership
The Atlantic House featured this month in The Times Bricks and Mortar property supplement. Commissioning editor for business and property Carol Lewis looked at five inventive ways to invest in the property market, with the fractional ownership model referenced as one currently growing in popularity.
Described as originally an American concept, fractional ownership is now increasingly used in the UK, as demonstrated by the scheme we are running at The Atlantic House.
The article says that: “Britain is a relative late-comer to fractional or shared ownership – possibly because in the British mind it is inextricably linked to timeshare although it differs in that you own a fraction of the property and not the holiday time.”
Our fractional (shared) ownership scheme is an affordable way of securing a beautiful property and longterm investment in one of Cornwall’s most desirable locations which you can enjoy for years to come.
A one-tenth interest in properties at the Atlantic House entitles you to five weeks of holiday time, which means five weeks per year you could be enjoying these ocean views and relaxing on Polzeath beach.Back to news
