Build update: Onwards and upwards now that flooring is in place
The progress at Atlantic House has come along nicely since the site was initially cleared and foundations were laid for the structure’s skeleton to be built – regardless of the weather-related set backs and the construction team battling against a number of storms that made their presence known along the North Cornish coast over the winter period. A crane is now onsite to winch heavy concrete blocks into the steel structure, that will form the floors and support further building upwards, to eventually lead on to the construction of a timber frame on the top floor.
The apartments available will consist of two-bedroom and three-bedroom options which can sleep up to 8 people. The property will also include 12 luxury hotel rooms, useful to book for larger groups or extended family members, and an all-new bistro and bar conveniently located on the ground floor.Back to news
