Blue flag for Polzeath beach

When we first thought about restoring the Atlantic House, we knew that its location is hard to beat. Cornwall has so many beautiful beaches and coves, but Polzeath has always been one of our favourites.

Since the early ’60s, our family has spent countless summer days enjoying the surf, rock pools, and relaxed charm of the village.

Last month Polzeath was revealed as one of only eight Cornish beaches to receive a Blue Flag Award. The awards recognise environmental excellence, and the winners have to meet strict criteria. Water quality, environmental management, safety and facilities are all considered in the decision process.

Renowned as one of the world’s best surfing destinations, it’s not hard to see why Polzeath has been gaining popularity over the years. The beach benefits from seasonal lifeguard cover, and at low tide you’ll find a stretch of pristine coastline. It’s also at the epicentre of some of the best restaurants in the country, including Rick Stein’s and Nathan Outlaw.

We’re just fifty metres from Polzeath beach. So, if you can’t resist the idea of having your own bolthole overlooking one of the best beaches in the west, our apartments make an affordable investment.

Building is moving forward to create nine high-end apartments, available on a fractional shared-ownership basis. With floor to ceiling windows and projecting balconies, we’re really making the most of the coast – perfect in this glorious weather.

The Sunday Times and Evening Standard have featured Atlantic House as desirable holiday home opportunities. Each apartment will be fully furnished, offering all the mod cons and comforts you need for a flexible seaside escape. Prices start from £105,000, with a 999 year lease.

If you’d like a few more details about the build, apartments, or securing a fraction, get in touch here or telephone us on 01208 863206.
