Atlantic House Build Update

There are now five remaining luxury apartments in which to buy a fraction of at Atlantic House, with the other four having been completely sold. Only a stones throw from the beach and situated on an increasingly popular stretch of coastline, the property will also include 12 luxury hotel rooms, useful to book for larger groups or extended family members, and an all-new bistro and bar conveniently located on the ground floor.

After a blustery winter and February’s Storm Imogen taking centre stage throughout Cornwall, the builders have battled against winds of up to 90 miles per hour. However, the build has progressed substantially regardless with minimal setbacks, and the steelwork frames are nearing completion. With weather set to brighten up and winds due to drop, the build’s progress will be able to continue at a solid pace for completion due in September of 2016.

The surrounding area has a multitude of fun, events and activities on offer for all age ranges, from 5 years to 95 years, and the apartments available consist of two-bedroom and three-bedroom options which can sleep up to 8 people, so a variety of family sizes can be catered for. If you’re feeling peckish you don’t even need to leave your room, as the luxury apartments all benefit from hotel-style room service, or pop down to the bar and restaurant.

The fractional basis is perfect for the large number of people that visit Cornwall year round, and those that want an affordable property by the coast. Owners will be able to pre-book any additional hotel rooms for extra members of the party, and if your allocated week doesn’t suit your plans, you can swap and trade weeks with other owners easily and efficiently via the website, or rent it out if you wish to.
