50% of Atlantic House fractions sold
Over 50% of available fractions in the Atlantic House have now been reserved, with three apartments sold out completely. Completion is anticipated towards the end of the summer season in 2016.
The £4 million investment, creating nine luxury apartments, 15 hotels rooms, a restaurant and bar is located 50 metres from the beach at Polzeath.
The site was previously a well-known Cornish institution, with the property dating to the turn of the century tourism boom of 1903. Many of those reserving fractions at Atlantic House knew the village from holidaying at the former hotel and have embraced the sense of marrying the old Polzeath with the new Atlantic House concept.
Each apartment is available to buy in five-week ‘fractions’, freely available to be bought and sold, with leases of 999 years. The scheme offers an affordable opportunity to secure a beautiful property by the coast.
The remaining properties are priced between £115,000 and £145,000 with most below the stamp-duty threshold. Named after Cornish beaches and coves, each fully-furnished apartment will feature two or three double bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people. Owners will be able to pre-book additional hotel rooms for larger groups, enjoying the same amenities including room service, fresh linen, laundry and cleaning services. Owners will also be able to swap or trade weeks with other owners, or rent their apartments on a commercial basis.Back to news
